Lake Bridgeport ~ James Darrell Aden, 81, a retired foreman for Trassway, went to be with our Lord Sunday, July 17, 2017 in Decatur.
Memorial service is 12:00 p.m. Saturday, July 22, 2017 at Hawkins Funeral Home Chapel in Bridgeport. Family will receive friends 10:00-12:00 p.m. Saturday prior to the service.
Rev. Gerre Joiner will officiate.
James was born on June 8, 1936 to William and Viola (Kimble) Aden in Datto, Arkansas. He was a member of the Cowboy Church in Bridgeport.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his 1st wife, Mary Aden; his wife, Ann Aden; and his brother, Leo Aden.
Those left behind to cherish his memory are his daughters, Judy Mickelson and husband Mark of Rockford Illinois, Paige Wagner and husband Pete of Weatherford, and Megan Stibora and husband Mike of Fort Worth; his grandchildren, Jason Yielding and Kirsten, Stacy Mickelson, Matthew Artz, Tony Mickelson, Sarah Wagner, Elizabeth Wagner and Adam Johnson; his great grandchildren, Addelin Yielding, Averie Guinn, Eithan Johnson, Maddie Johnson, and Paisley Johnson; his brothers, Ted Aden and wife Chris of Sullivan, Missouri, Jack Aden and wife Nancy of Fenton, Missouri; his sisters, Joyce Ann Aden, and Billie Jean Brooks of Steelville, Missouri; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
