James Grisham

Rhome ~ James Grisham, 73, went to be with our Lord Wednesday, March 22nd, 2023

Celebration of Life is 2:00 p.m. Saturday, April 15, 2023 at First United Methodist Church in Decatur.

James was born February 10, 1950 to Ronald Eugene and Paralee (Stacey) Grisham in Borger, Texas. He was united in marriage May 8, 1986 to Janie Lucille Rainey. James was a mechanic in the aero industry for many years working for American Airlines. He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, uncle and friend to many who will dearly miss him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ronald and Paralee Grisham; and a daughter, Lynda Branch; and his sister, Elizabeth Harris.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are his wife, Janie Grisham of Rhome; his granddaughter, Kimberly Ann Branch of Omaha, Nebraska; a brother, Raymond Eugene Grisham; a niece, Beth, and nephews, J.D. Rainey and John Harris; sister and brother-in-law, Sammie and Kevin Dolan; a son-in-law, Robert Branch of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; numerous extended family members, nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
