Boyd ~ James Edward Luster, 74, a master carpenter and tool sharpener went to be with our Lord Wednesday, May 2, 2012 in Decatur.
Memorial service is 5:30 p.m. Monday, May 7, 2012 at Pleasant Grove Cowboy Church in Boyd. Rev. Robert Haynes will officiate.
James was born on January 16, 1938 to Benjamin and Elizabeth (Wheeley) Luster in Bethesda, Arkansas. He was united in marriage to Janice Ruth Hull on May 15, 1969 in the Chapel of Precious Memories, Huntington Beach, California. James was a proud veteran of the United States Air Force, a member of the Pleasant Grove Cowboy Church, and an avid fisherman.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Janice; and his brother, Wesley A. Luster.
Those left behind to cherish his memory are his son, James Edward Luster II and wife Jennifer of Port Orchard, Washington; his daughter, Denice Marie Luster of Orlando, Florida; his grandson, Tristen Luster of Port Orchard, Washington; his brother, Johnny Luster and wife Barbara of Boyd; other family members and a host of friends.
