James Lee Prock

Poolville~ James Lee Prock, 67, went to be with our Lord on Tuesday, September 15, 2020 in Decatur.

Memorial Service will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, September 19, 2020 at Hawkins Funeral Home Chapel in Bridgeport. Family will receive friends 1 hour prior to the service.

James was born July 17, 1953, to Lawrence and Edna (Duty) Prock in Clarksville, Arkansas. He was united in marriage to Patricia Ann (Shelman) Prock on January 25, 1974 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. James has been a welder since he was 17 years old and he was retired from Crisp Industries in Bridgeport. He loved being outdoors and enjoying nature. One of James favorite hobbies was to feed the deer that visited his yard. He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, cousin, and friend.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lawrence and Edna Prock, and his brother, Carl Edward Prock.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are his wife of 46 years, Patricia Prock of Poolville; his sons, James Edward Prock of Decatur, and Joshua Lee Prock and wife Leanna of Bridgeport; his 3 grandchildren, James Alexander Prock, Kayleigh and Kamryn Prock; his sister, Jan Beth Potter of Tulsa; his cousin, who was like a brother to him, Michael Leon Wilkerson and wife Brenda of Bridgeport; numerous extended family and a host of friends.
