Decatur: James Joshua Wood, 34, an automobile salesman, went to be with our Lord, Monday, December 13, 2010 in Lake Worth, Texas.
Funeral service is 10 a.m. Thursday, December 16th at Victory Family Church with Reverend Paul Eckert officiating. Interment: Oaklawn Cemetery. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at Coker-Hawkins Funeral Home.
Pallbearers include Brad Boyd, Marshall Stevenson, Jerry McDuff, Tony Jackson, Tony Escamilla, and Kevin Jewell.
Josh was born June 1, 1976 in Fort Worth to James and Shirley Wood, Jr. He married Jennifer Linzley Bowling on November 18, 2006 in Decatur. Josh was a member of Victory Family Church and Teen/Life Challenge.
Left behind to cherish his memory is wife, Jennifer Wood; parents, James and Shirley Wood; sister, Janetta Wood; brother, Raymond Wood and wife, Pam; four nieces; one nephew; one great niece; one great nephew all of Decatur; and a multitude of friends and family.
