Jana Lou Green

Bridgeport~ Jana Lou Green, 63, went to be with our Lord on Tuesday, February 2, 2021 in Decatur.

Funeral will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, February 5, 2021 at Hawkins Funeral Home Chapel in Bridgeport with burial to follow in Thomas Cemetery. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

Rev. Mike Wheat and Larry Fair will officiate.

Pallbearers are to include Ben Lopez, Billy Cross, Jeff Green, Travis Bell, Carl Tuley, and Mike Johnson. Honorary Pallbearers include Tony Green, Bryson Cross, Raiden Lopez, Mackenzie Lopez, and Karlee Cross.

Jana was born on May 11, 1957 to Pete and Maxine (Anderson) Brown in Seminole, Texas. Jana was united in marriage to the love of her life, Tim Green on September 26, 1980 in Bridgeport. She worked in customer service at James Wood Motors.  Jana was a Beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend who will be missed for her contagious smile and loving nature. She loved spending time with her family and friends and especially cherished her grandchildren. Jana will be missed beyond words by those that knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Jimmy and her sisters, Ann and Kay.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her husband of 40 years, Tim Green of Bridgeport; her daughters, Kristi Lopez and husband Ben and Kacie Cross and husband Billy, all of Bridgeport; her grandchildren, Mackenzie Lopez, Bryson Cross, Raiden Lopez, and Karlee Cross; her sister, Robbi Bell of Collinsville, Oklahoma; her brother, Eddie Brown and wife Sherrill of Bartlesville, Oklahoma; her sister-in-law, Carol Brown of Vera, Oklahoma; and numerous extended family members and host of friends.
