Janette (Palmer) Moss

Decatur ~ Janette Moss, 76, went to be with our Lord Sunday, November 13, 2022.

Janette was born July 17, 1946 to Harold and Alyce Marie (Speer) Palmer in Matador, Texas. She was united in marriage September 3, 1965 to Roy Olan Moss in Flomont, Texas. Janette was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt and friend to many who will miss her dearly.

She was preceded in death by her father, Harold Palmer, and mother and step-father, Alyce and Ray Montoya; her son, Troy Moss; her brother and sister-in-law, John Glenn and Susan Montoya, and brother-in-law, James Thomas Hughes.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her husband of 57 years, Roy Moss of Decatur; her daughters, Tawnya Teague and husband Jack of Decatur, and Shanna Hughes of Decatur; 4 grandchildren, Chrystal Teague, Shawn Hughes, Zachary Hughes, and Stephanie Hughes; 1 great-grandchild, Hazel Hughes; her brother, Joe Palmer and wife Patty of Albuquerque, New Mexico; numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.

Celebration of Life will be at a later date.
