Crafton ~ Jean D. Gee, 61, a maid, went to be with our Lord Saturday, October 6, 2012 in Wichita Falls.
Funeral is 2:00 p.m. Monday, October 8th at Crafton Baptist Church with burial in Crafton Cemetery. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Sunday at Hawkins Funeral Home in Bridgeport.
Bro. Tom Merritt and Bro. Kenneth Wood will officiate. Pallbearers include Travis Moore, J.D. Coffman, Kenneth Dennis, Larry Cox, Jerry Greathead, and Samuel Jordan. Honorary pallbearers are Gary Green, Ferlson Pryer, Jackie Souther, and Roger Reno.
Jean was born on March 5, 1951 to Jimmy and Dorothy (Barker) Maddux in Jacksboro. She was united in marriage to Jerry L. Gee on July 22, 1972 in Ryan, Oklahoma. Jean was a member of the Crafton Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and husband, Jerry L. Gee.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are her daughter, Katherine Kincaid and husband John of Wichita Falls; her sister, Betty Oates and husband Virgil of Chico; her nephews, Michael Gerald and Rickie Lynn; her niece, Geri Fisher; other family members and a host of friends.
