Jeannette Edith Johnson

Bridgeport ~ Jeannette Edith Johnson, 73, went to be with our Lord Thursday, October 5, 2023 in Decatur.

Jeannette was born on August 25, 1950 to Joseph and Rose (Klemicke) DeLair in Fontana, California. She was united in marriage to Dennis Johnson on May 9, 1970 in Fontana and spent 53 wonderful years together with their two sons, Dennis and Charles. Jeannette was a private caregiver for many years. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and a friend to many that will miss her dearly.

She is survived by a large loving family, her husband of 53 years, Dennis Johnson; her sons, Dennis Johnson and wife Tonya and Charles Johnson and wife Kathy; her sisters, Joanne Parker and Joan Harrison; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; numerous other relatives and a host of friends.
