Jeffrey was born Aug. 18, 1959 in Vanwert, Ohio. He married Debra Watson Aug. 25, 1983 in Arlington, TX.
Left behind to cherish his memory is wife, Debra McClain of Chico; son, Jeremy McClain of Chico; daughter, Melissa Read and husband Chris of Chico; mother, Della McClain of Chico and Jim McClain and wife Margaret of Harrod, Ohio; mother-in-law, Mary Spence and husband Carl of Grapevine; father-in-law, Richard Watson of Lubbock; aunts, uncles and a host of friends.
