Chico: Jennifer Marie Stephens, 18, of Chico, died Sunday, April 6, 2008, in an automobile accident.
Memorial service will be 2 p.m. Thursday, April 10th at the Hawkins Funeral Home Chapel in Bridgeport, with Rev. Melvin Clay to officiate.
Jennifer was born July 1, 1989 in Dallas, Texas, to Weyland and Kelli Blackburn Stephens. She was a 2007 graduate of Chico High School, was attending Weatherford Junior College in Decatur, and was a student of ballet at Wise Dance Studio.
Left behind to cherish her memory are her parents, Weyland and Kelli Stephens of Chico; sister, Stephanie Stephens of Chico; brothers, Jason Hilton of Fort Worth and Clayton Stephens of Chico; grandparents, Bob and Flo Clark of Chico, Lou and Jim McConeghy of Bowie; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
Jennifer is preceded in death by grandparents, Burney Stephens and Bobby Blackburn, great grandmother, Ruby Kirkpatrick; and cousin, Dewayne Johnson.
