Jerry Taylor Beck

Jacksboro~ Jerry Taylor Beck, 77, went to be with our Lord on Sunday, August 15, 2021.

Graveside will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday August 21, 2021 at Boonsville Cemetery. Family will receive friends 6:00-8:00 p.m. Friday at Hawkins Funeral Home in Bridgeport.

Rev. Phillip Askey will officiate.

Jerry was born on January 31, 1944 to Sydney and Lula Mae (Hasten) Beck in Lewisville, Texas. He was an electrician. Jerry was united in marriage to Sara Jane Boyd on June 15, 1973 in Lewisville.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Sydney Ray Beck; and his sister, Joyce Fagins.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are his wife of 48 years, Sara Beck; his son, Micah Beck of Perrin; his son, Wacy Beck and wife Jamie of Paradise; his grandchildren, Jessica, Sydney, Kacy, and McCain; numerous extended family members and a host of friends.
