Bridgeport ~ Jesus De Luna, 62, plant operator, went to be with our Lord Thursday, July 26, 2012 in Fort Worth.
Funeral is 11 a.m. Monday, July 30th at St Johns Catholic Church. Family will receive friends 5-7 p.m. Sunday with rosary to follow from 7-8 p.m. at Hawkins Funeral Home.
Father Jacob Alvares will officiate. Pallbearers include Chuin, El Pintado, Andy Moujouros, Alfredo Ortiz, Jorge Lopez, Ignacio Apolinar, Jose Maria De Luna, and Jorge De Luna.
Jesus was born on December 9, 1949 to Nicolas and Maria (Aguilar) De Luna in Allende, Coauhila Mexico. He was united in marriage to Maria Noemi Galvan on December 28, 1973 in Allende, Coauhila Mexico. Jesus was a member of the St Johns Catholic Church.
Those left behind to cherish his memory are his wife of 38 years, Maria Noemi; his son, Jesus De Luna Jr and wife Diana Aracely of Bridgeport; his daughters, Diana Moujouros and husband Andy of Elmurst, Illinois, Susana Hughes and husband Ricky of Bridgeport; his grandchildren, Miguel Alejandro, Valeria, Jesus Leonardo, Kostandino Andrew, Viviana Maria, and waiting the arrival of Sophia Lynn; his brothers and sisters, Ramon De Luna of Allende, Lucila Ortiz of Elmurst, Jose Maria De Luna of Bridgeport, Estela Garza of Houston, and Nicolas De Luna of Allende; other family members and a host of friends.
