RUNAWAY BAY -- Jimmy "Bub" Watson, 74, retired Airline Fleet Service worker, died Monday, August 6, 2007. FUNERAL: 10:30 A.M. Thursday, August 9, 2007 at First Baptist Church in Bridgeport with burial in Oaklawn, Dr. David Burrow to officiate. Family to receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. on Wednesday at Coker-Hawkins. Jimmy "Bub" was born March 7, 1933 to Clifford H. and Bonnie Hix Watson in Decatur, Texas. He married Marian Hill on December 16, 1950 in Decatur. He is preceded in death by his parents Clifford and Bonnie Watson and sister Virginia Harris. PALLBEARERS: David Stanley, Brian Stanley, Red Shaw, C. J. Harris, Newman Helm, and Jim Sain. SURVIVORS: Wife Marian Watson of Runaway Bay, son, David Watson and wife Denise of Hot Springs, Arkansas, daughter, Bonny Williams of Wizard Wells, Texas, grandchildren Robin Fennema, Amy Cox, Jimmy Watson, Andrew Watson, and Kyle Hunter, 8 great grandchildren, and many dear friends.
