Rhome ~ Joe Keith Bishop, 59, went to be with our Lord Wednesday, March 1, 2017 in Fort Worth.
Funeral is 10:00 a.m. Saturday, March 4, 2017 at Hawkins Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Loving Cemetery. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers include, Wade Bishop, Dustan Fennell, Doug Throckmorton, Jonas McEntire, Michael Fennell and Vincent Porter.
Joe was born on August 16, 1957 to Joe and Linda (Parten) Bishop in Willcox, Arizona. He was united in marriage to Brenda Kay Kinsey on November 22, 1986 in Decatur. Joe worked as a Correctional Officer. He served his country in the United States Navy.
Those left behind to cherish his memory are his wife of 31years, Brenda Bishop of Rhome; his son, Tommy Throckmorton of Oklahoma; his daughter, Jessica Bishop of Paradise; his brothers, Tommy Bishop of Decatur, Sonny Bishop of Fort Worth; his sister, Doris Schwieger of Rhome; 4 grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
