RUNAWAY BAY -- Joe Henry Isaacs, Jr., 57, a tank truck driver for Shale Tank Truck, died Wednesday, Nov. 29, 2006 in Runaway Bay. Visitation: 4 to 6 p.m. Saturday at Hawkins Funeral Home. Mr. Isaacs was born Aug. 22, 1949 in Wichita Falls to Joe H. Sr. and Billie Wines Isaacs. He was a U.S. Marine Veteran. Survivors: Wife, Cheryl Jeanne Isaacs of Runaway Bay; mother, Billie Lambert of Wichita Falls; children, Mitchell Waldrop of Dallas, Lisa Webb of Burkburnett, Kelley Isaacs of Wichita Falls and Amy Isaacs of The Colony; grandson, Shane Webb; sister, Patricia Allen of Wichita Falls; brother, Robert Isaacs of Wichita Falls; and numerous nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
