Bridgeport ~ Joe Lee Patton, 69, a switching technician, went to be with our Lord Tuesday, September 22, 2015 in Bridgeport.
Graveside service is 10:30 a.m. Thursday, September 24, 2015 at Boonsville Cemetery.
Pastor Matthew Norton will officiate.
Joe was born on July 11, 1946 to Lee and Mae (Brown) Patton in Amarillo. He worked for Verizon for 32 years. Joe served his country in the U.S. Army. He was a member of the Amateur Hamm Radio Organization.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Those left behind to cherish his memory are his daughters, Tammy Patton of Haslet and Misty Lang and husband Ron of Bridgeport; his granddaughter, Brytani Harkins and husband Hunter of Littlefield, Texas; his grandson, Joshua Lang of Bridgeport; his sisters, Lauretta Wright and husband Dale of Arizona and Lindy Fry of Fort Worth; his brothers, Wayne Patton and wife Suzie of Weatherford and Clayton Patton and wife Pat of Brownwood; other family members and a host of friends.
