The Family asked to announce: The Family Meal will be 12:00 Noon Saturday following the service in the fellowship hall of Paradise Church of Christ 500 Main Street, Paradise, Texas.
Dallas~ Joel Lamb, 63, went to be with our Lord on Saturday, June 18, 2022 in Dallas.
Graveside Service will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, June 25, 2022 at Wilson Prairie Cemetery in Bridgeport. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Friday at Hawkins Funeral Home in Bridgeport.
Bro. Britt Doty of Paradise Church of Christ, will officiate.
Joel was born on January 4, 1959 to E.L. “Joe” and Charleen (White) Lamb in Bridgeport, Texas. He was self-employed running the trio garage and the dew drop burger restaurant, worked as a mechanic for many years for himself, City of Bridgeport and Wise County PCT 4. Joel was an avid musician and had a huge passion for blues music. Joel had a big heart and love for motorcycles and always had 2 or 3 Harley Davidsons floating around. Joel was a member of Carpenter Street Church of Christ. He was a beloved father, brother, uncle, companion, cousin and friend to many who will be missed by all that knew and loved him dearly.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and his brother, Perry Lamb.
Those left behind to cherish his memory are his son, John Lamb of Dallas; his sister, Trisha Lamb Bradford and husband Chris of Bridgeport; his nephew, Adam Lamb and wife Felica of Paradise; his nephew, Chad Bradford; his great-niece, Adilyn Lamb; his great-nephew Kaydn Lamb; his companion, Victoria Williams of Dallas; his aunt, Babe Gilbert of Milsap; many cousins, and numerous extended family and friends.
