Newark: John Edward Branson, 63, went to be with Lord on Thursday, September 10, 2009 in Plano, Texas.
Graveside service was held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, September 12th at Aurora Cemetery with Reverend Rob Advian officiating.
John was born on October 5, 1945 in Rushville, Indiana to Robert Emmons and Alberta Louise (Owens) Branson. He married Nancy Denise Whitefell on May 30, 1967 in West LaFayette, Indiana. John retired from the government as a customer service representative.
Left behind to cherish his memory are his wife, Nancy Branson of Newark; son, Robert Branson of Newark; brothers, James and Kenneth Branson of Shelbyville, Indiana; sisters, Phyllis Behrends of Franklin, Indiana and Janet Jewell of Shelbyville, Indiana; grandson, Aydan C. Branson of Newark.
