Johnathon was born April 6, 1977 to Michael Spencer and Betty Rogers in Newcastle, Wyoming. He was a truck driver and attended the Episcopal church. As a child, because of his father’s work, he grew up and attended school in a number of places including Osage WY, Sundance WY, Douglas WY, Alliance NE, Glendive MT, Laurel MT (where his father Mike met his mom Jaylene) Palisade NE, and Paradise TX.   John graduated high school from Paradise and received a trombone scholarship to attend Weatherford College where he was part of the jazz band.  He married Kelly Bell in Las Vegas NV, then later Kassandra Albritton in Paradise TX.   John was a loving father.  He spent time rescuing and training horses, doing things with his family and when he wasn't busy with that, he loved basketball.  He coached his daughter’s basketball and assisted his grandfather (John Spencer) and his father coaching.  Before moving overseas, he worked a number of years in the Paradise Texas area driving truck hauling rock.  As a child he traveled extensively with his parents (Jaylene and Michael Spencer) and his grandparents (Phyllis and John Spencer) all around the Unites States. Australia, New Zealand, Hawaii, Fiji, Canada, Mexico and many islands. The last few years John lived in Germany, England and the Philippines, where he met his fiancé Razel De La Cruz and her son James.
Those left behind to cherish his memory are 2 sons, Landon and Michael Spencer; 2 daughters, Katelyn and Chloe Spencer; his father, Michael Spencer and wife Jaylene; his mother, Betty Rogers; his sister, Amanda Williams and husband Brandon; his grandmother, Virginia Sande; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.
