Justin ~ Jonna Hicks Whiteside, 63, a retired bookkeeper, went to be with our Lord Thursday, September 26, 2019 in Justin.
Memorial service is 2:00 p.m. Saturday, October 26, 2019 at Hawkins Funeral Home in Decatur. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
Jonna was born on May 21, 1956 to Robert Loyd and Maria Vivian (Cox) Hicks in Fort Worth, Texas. She was a member of the Decatur Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Maria Hicks.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are her sons, Sean Whiteside and wife Sheila of Las Vegas, and Kevin Whiteside of Austin; her father, Robert Hicks of Decatur; her brother, Dwayne Hicks and wife Lisa of Decatur; her sisters, Penni Green and husband Doyle of Decatur, Lynda Tidwell and husband Mike of Justin; her granddaughter, Savannah Whiteside of Las Vegas; her 9 nieces and nephews, and a host of friends.
