Chico ~ Josephine Bross, 70, a homemaker, went to be with our Lord Monday August 6, 2012 in Decatur.
Graveside service is noon Thursday, August 9th at Chico Cemetery. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at Hawkins Funeral Home.

Josephine was born on October 20, 1941 to Marion and Opal (Beach) Britton in Oklahoma. She was united in marriage to Benny Bross on November 14, 1969 in Brownfield, Texas. He preceded her in death in January 2004. Josephine was also preceded by her parents; her son, Carl Bross; and her brother, Gary Dale Britton.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are her son, Ronald McCurley of Lake Bridgeport; her grandchildren, Joseph McCurley and wife Amanda of Chickasha, Oklahoma and Opal Perkins and husband Robert of Missouri; other family members and a host of friends.
