Joyce (Robinson) Tedrow

Boyd ~ Joyce Tedrow, 63, a retired bus driver for Northwest ISD, went to be with our Lord Monday, October 8, 2018, in Azle.

Graveside service is 2:00 p.m. Friday at Deep Creek Cemetery in Decatur. Family will receive friends from 6-8 Thursday at Hawkins Funeral Home in Boyd.

Larry Veasley will officiate.

Joyce was born June 6, 1955 in Fort Worth to Pleasant and Mary (Oldham) Robinson.  She was united in marriage to Verl "Bud" Tedrow on October 1, 1974 in Durant, Oklahoma. Joyce loved her family and enjoyed every moment spent with them.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers; and one sister.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her husband of 44 years, Bud Tedrow of Boyd; her daughter, Tonya Tedrow of Boyd; her son, Verl Tedrow, Jr. of Boyd; her 2 grandchildren, Bradley and Bailee Tedrow; her brothers, Lowell Robinson of Newark, Dan Robinson of Fort Worth, and Mike Robinson of Cleburne; her sisters, Sheila Downing of Reno, Texas, DeeAnna Waldrop of Newark; numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
