Judith was born October 13, 1937 to Frank and Florence (Nicholson) Pikiewicz in Erie, Pennsylvania. She married Leeanne Mackowski on November 28, 1998 in Ventura, California. Judith was a retired nurse and a reverend with Universal Life Church. She was a wonderful mother and a fantastic, loving life partner.

Judith was preceded in death by her father; and her son, Jerrold Warthman.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her spouse, Leeanne Mackowski of Rhome; her daughters, Lenesa Anne Guyer of Waco, Linda Miller and Clareen Laurie both of Erie, Pennsylvania; 18 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; her mother, Rev. Florence Nicholson of Cornelius, Oregon; her sisters, Maudeen Jordan of Cornelius, Oregon and Bonnie Arevalo of Honolulu, Hawaii; other family members and a host of friends.
