Boyd ~ Judy Ann Ross, 71, a homemaker, went to be with our Lord Monday, November 21, 2016 in Decatur.
Graveside service is 11:00 a.m. Sunday, November 27, 2016 at Boyd Cemetery. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Saturday at Christian-Hawkins Funeral Home.
Brother Keith Pepper will officiate. Pallbearers include Kevin O'Connor, Cody Thompson, Randall Caralton, BJ Hampton, Brandon Hardee, Jayson Hardee, and Christian Tedrow.
Judy was born July 5, 1945 to William and Mildred (Dismang) Davis in Peoria, Illinois. She was united in marriage to James Ross on April 28, 1972 in St. Louis, Missouri.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are her husband of 44 years, James Ross of Boyd; her daughters, Roxanne Hampton and husband Robert of Boyd, Julie Tedrow and husband Johnny of Aurora, Millie Barnett and husband G.W. of Weatherford, and Kellie Hardee and husband B.J. Hile of Boyd; her son, Virgil Thompson and wife Rita of Weatherford; 11 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild and one on the way; her brothers, Billy Davis, Richard Davis and wife Jenie, Leo Davis and wife Debbie all of Missouri, her sister, Rosemary Young of Missouri, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.
