Bridgeport ~ June Lee Jones, 59, a CNA and homemaker, went to be with our Lord Friday, April 28, 2017 in Bridgeport.
Memorial service is 4:00 p.m. Monday May 8, 2015 at Hawkins Funeral Home Chapel in Bridgeport. Family will receive friends 1 hour prior to the service.
Rev. Robert Cox will officiate.
June was born on March 12, 1958 to Carl and Nedra (Talent) Tennison in Friona, Texas. She was united in marriage to Melvin Jones on April 18, 1971 in Alvord.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and her brother, Danny William Tennison.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are her husband of 46 years, Melvin Jones of Bridgeport; her daughter, Nedra Jones of Muenster; 5 grandchildren; her brothers, Carl Dewayne Tennison of New Mexico, Bobby Dean Tennison and Cheri Ritter of Alvord, Troy James Tennison of Paris; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
