Memorial service is 2:00 p.m. Friday, March 7th at the Coker-Hawkins Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Gerre Joiner will officiate.
Kathey was born December 19, 1944 in San Antonio, Texas to James and Catherine Metz. She married Jim Ahlfinger in 1994 in Bedford, Texas.
Survived by her son, Floyd Boatright and wife, Debbie of Decatur; brother, Charles Murry of San Antonio; 6 grandchildren, Justin Robbins, Blair and Emma Boatright, Jaci Kidd, Jamie Hogan, and Ashley Preas; and 2 great grandchildren, Zoe Boatright and Jaxon Preas.
She is preceded in death by husband, Jim Ahlfinger, daughter, Marsha Hogan and grandson, Jeffrey Boatright.
