Kelly Jean Dewitt

Paradise ~ Kelly Jean Dewitt, 47, went to be with our Lord Monday, March 25, 2024 in Decatur.

Kelly was born on November 3, 1976 to John L. Jr. and Mary (Rea) Dewitt in Ontonagon, Michigan. He proudly served our country in the United States Marines and was a mechanic for many years. He loved being outdoors, helping others, and cars, especially Ford Mustangs. Kelly was a beloved father, brother, nephew, cousin, son, and a friend to many that will miss him dearly.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Dewitt.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are his son, Bryson Alexander “Alex” Dewitt; his brothers, John Dewitt III and Robert Dewitt; his sister, Deanna Gregory; his father, John L. Dewitt, Jr. and wife Tamara; his aunts and uncles, Evelyn and Butch McNamara, Rodney Dewitt, Cyndi Dewitt, Grant and Joan Dewitt, and Pam Dewitt; numerous cousins and a host of friends.
