Kenneth Rayford Fuqua

Paradise~ Kenneth Rayford Fuqua, 65, of Paradise went to be with our Lord on Monday, November 9, 2020 in Decatur.

Graveside Service will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, November 12, 2020 at Paradise Cemetery in Paradise, Texas. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at Hawkins Funeral Home in Bridgeport.

Kenneth was born on July 14, 1955 to Floyd and Ruby (Dunn) Fuqua in Bridgeport, Texas. He was married to Cristy Begeman on July 20, 1973 in Paradise, Texas. Kenneth worked at Peterbilt for 15 years and then worked at and retired from Wise County Public Works. He was a member at First Baptist Church of Paradise. Kenneth was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend to many who will be missed dearly.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and his brother, Jimmy Ward.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are his wife of 47 years, Cristy Fuqua of Paradise; his daughters, Kerri Black and Michael Todd of Springtown, Jessica Alford and husband Ray of Aubrey, and Mariah Fuqua of Bowie; his grandchildren, Cayson, Dakota, Bryson, and Jayden; his brother, Frank Fuqua of Decatur; numerous extended family members and a host of friends.
