Rhome: Kenneth Wayne Hatley, 64, a self-employed residential contractor, passed away Thursday, October 27, 2011 in Decatur, Texas.
Funeral service is 2 p.m. Monday at the First Baptist Church of Decatur with Reverend Ken May officiating. Interment: Garden of Memories, Sikeston, Missouri. Family will receive friends 4-6 p.m. Sunday at Coker-Hawkins Funeral Home.
Wayne was born November 4, 1946 in Cape Girardeau, Missouri to Atlas and Maggie Louise (Hill) Hatley. He married Linda Kay Leek on November 16, 1979 in Paducah, Kentucky. Wayne served in the U.S. Army and was awarded the Purple Heart. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Decatur.
Survived by wife, Linda Hatley of Decatur; daughter, Crystal Jones of Mayfield, Kentucky; brother, Glenn Hatley; and sister, Sharon Carter both of Sikeston, Missouri; 4 grandchildren, Katie, Natalie, Anna and Nathaniel.
