Euless: Kenneth Warren Hill, 85, of Euless, a technical writer for LTV/Vought, went to be with our Lord, Friday, December 31, 2010 in Denton.
Funeral service is 1 p.m. Tuesday, January 4th at Coker-Hawkins Funeral Home Chapel. Family will receive friends 6-7 p.m. Monday at Coker-Hawkins Funeral Home.
Kenneth was born September 25, 1925 in Cranfills Gap, Texas to Cornelius Orian and Effie Byrle (Hall) Hill. He married Betty Jean Cates on April 4, 1947 in Oak Grove Community, Decatur, Texas. Kenneth served in the United States Navy during WWII and was a member of the First Methodist Church in Euless. He retired from LTV/Vought in 1991 after 24 years of service.
Left behind to cherish his memory are two daughters, Kennye Beth Jarrett and husband, Mark of Denton, Kara Rumbaugh and husband, David of Sabetha, Kansas; son, Mark Hill and wife, Barbara of Haltom City; four brothers, Wendoll Hill of Weatherford, Bill Hill of Clifton, L.C. Hill of Conroe, Reginald Hill of Hurst; sister, Marion Watson of Bedford; ten grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
