Kristen Leanne Burrows

Chico ~ Kristen LeAnne Burrows, 36, a private duty CNA, went to be with our Lord Tuesday, July 3, 2018 in Montague County.

Memorial service is 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at County Line Cowboy Church in Sunset.

Mike Wheat will officiate.

Kristen was born on July 17, 1981 to Gary and Donna (Moss) Burrows in Bowie, Texas. She was a lifetime resident of Chico and a 2000 graduate of Chico High School. While a student at Chico Kristen played volleyball, basketball and ran track. She had an infectious smile and a caring heart. Her caring heart is what led her to become a private duty certified nurses aide. It takes a special person to care for the elderly and she loved and cared for each of her patients with a servant's heart. Kristen loved her family, her church, country music, animals and going to the casino. She was carefree and danced as if no one was watching.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her son, Colton South; her parents, Gary and Donna Burrows of Chico; her brother, Justin Burrows and wife Amy of Springtown; her nieces Logan Burrows and Kaliegh Skinner; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and a host of friends.
