Springtown ~ Larry Dee Trussell, 58, a mechanic, went to be with our Lord Thursday, June 30, 2016 in Decatur.
Graveside service is 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 6, 2016 at DFW National Cemetery. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Christian-Hawkins Funeral Home.
Rev. Mark Autry will officiate.
Larry was born on November 25, 1957 to L.D. and Billie Faye (Miller) Trussell in Fort Worth. He was united in marriage to Jessie Ruth Herron on February 15, 1989 in Fort Worth. Larry proudly served his country in the United States Air Force.
He was preceded in death by his father, L.D. Trussell; and his sister, Sharon Plunkett.
Those left behind to cherish his memory are his wife of 25 years, Jessie R. Trussell of Springtown; his daughters, Alicia M. Hilton and husband George of Boyd and Ashley Harris of Springtown; his son, Clayton D. Trussell and wife Hailey of Horseshoe Bend; 4 grandchildren; his mother, Billie Faye Miller; his sisters, Barbara Siebert and husband Kevin of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Brenda Bark of Arizona, and Laura Black of Liberty City Texas; his brother, Joe Lanning of Dallas; numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and a host of friends.
