Linda Kay (Bailey) Ozburn

Denton ~ Linda Kay Ozburn, 72, went to be with our Lord Sunday, October 30, 2022.

Funeral is 11:00 a.m. Saturday, November 5, 2022 at Hawkins Funeral Home in Decatur with burial at Oaklawn Cemetery. Family will receive friends 1 hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Kory Knott and Rick Williamson will officiate. Pallbearers include Rick Davis, David Wood, Ryan Mitchell, Landon Mitchell, Aaron Meyers, and Clay Bailey.

Linda was born June 18, 1950 to Ray Venoy and Oma Louise (Mowell) Bailey in Terrell, Texas. She was united in marriage April 3, 1971 to Robert Alan Ozburn in Irving, Texas. Linda was a retired administrative clerk for many years. She was a beloved wife, sister, aunt, and friend to many who will miss her dearly.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ray and Oma Bailey.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her husband of 51 years, Robert Ozburn of Denton; her sister, Raynelle Meyers of Lawrence, Kansas; a brother, Billy Bailey and wife Carol of Aurora; 4 nephews, Clay Bailey, Aaron Meyers, Landon and Ryan Mitchell; 2 nieces, Amanda Graham, Kara Bailey; extended family members and a host of friends.
