Linda "Suzie" (Freeman) Sanders

Bridgeport ~ Linda Sue "Suzie" Sanders, 59, went to be with our Lord Wednesday, August 18, 2021.

Funeral is 10:30 a.m. Friday, August 27, 2021 at Hawkins Funeral Home in Decatur with burial at Oaklawn Cemetery. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

Suzie was born August 24, 1961 to Bobby Ray and Betty Louise (Vessels) Freeman in Decatur, Texas. She was united in marriage September 8, 2012 to Donald David Sanders in Decatur, Texas. Suzie was a medical aide in the Medical Industry for many years. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend to many who will miss her dearly.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Bobby Freeman and Betty Ferguson; her sister, Vicki Freeman; and a nephew, Cody Sellers.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her husband, David Sanders of Bridgeport; her daughter, Cassie Chastain of Bridgeport; 2 grandchildren, Logan Miles, and Graycee Forbes; 4 sisters, Chonda Butcher, Jana Goodson, Rebecca Hanson, and Amber Freeman; 3 brothers, Jimmy Freeman, Jerry Freeman, and Casey Ferguson; numerous nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
