BRIDGEPORT -- Lorene E. Senters, 93, an antique company owner and rancher, died Wednesday, June 28, 2006 in Bridgeport. Funeral: 10:30 a.m. Friday at Pleasant View Baptist Church. Burial: Thomas Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Memorials: Pleasant View Baptist Church, Thomas Cemetery, Wise Regional Health System or charity of choice. Lorene married Forrest E. Senters Sept. 13, 1943 in Palo Pinto. He preceded her in death Sept. 9, 1987. Mrs. Senters was also preceded in death by her parents, Marion R and Fannie Jenkins Green, 5 brothers, J.D., Marion "Shorty", Cecil "Pee Wee", Robert "Bo" and Jimmy Green and 1 sister, Sue Lewis. Survivors: Son, Bob Edd Senters of Bridgeport; a loving family of 15 nieces and nephews; many cousins; and sister-in-laws, Lorene Green, Bonnie Green and Addie Ruth Steele.
