BRIDGEPORT -- Lori Ann Potts, 42, a homemaker went to be with our Lord on Thursday, Aug. 20, 2009 in Fort Worth.
Funeral: 2 p.m. Saturday at Hawkins Chapel. Burial: East Bridgeport Cemetery. Family will receive friends 6-8 PM Friday at the funeral home.
Lori Ann was born on May 20, 1967, the daughter of Rev. Larry and Beverly Ann (Adams) Potts, in Bridgeport. Lori Ann was a Baptist.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, John H. Adams and Sam A. Potts.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are: her son, Daniel Matthew Wells II of Youngstown, Ohio; granddaughter, Madeline "Maddy" Wells; parents, Rev. Larry and Beverly Potts of Bridgeport; brothers, Steven Potts and wife Barbara of Granbury, David Potts of Corpus Christi; grandparents, Nelda Adams Flippin and husband Gene of Bridgeport, Helen Potts of Bridgeport; precious loving nephew, John Potts and wonderful niece, Deborah Berryman, both of Granbury; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, Lori Ann would have wanted memorials to be made to the Southwestern Diabetic Foundation, P.O. Box 918, Gainesville, Texas 76241.
