Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday. Mrs. Briscoe was born in Beaver County, Okla., to Abraham and Julia Neufeld. Lou was baptized in January 1954. Survivors: Husband of 62 years, Jess "Red" Briscoe; daughter, Cathy Briscoe; brother, Albert Neufeld; numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of friends.
