Lynn (Chambers) Weatherford

Alvord ~ Lynn Weatherford, 86, a homemaker, went to be with our Lord Sunday, July 5, 2015 in Anna, Texas.
Funeral is 11:00 a.m. Thursday, July 9, 2015 at the First Baptist Church in Alvord with burial in Alvord Cemetery. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at Coker-Hawkins Funeral Home.
Rev. Bill Cleveland will officiate. Pallbearers include Steve Kraatz, Neal Hachtel, Stevie Hurtik, Alen Morris, Ian Hicks, and Craig Waldrum.
Lynn was born on October 5, 1928 to Charles and Earsie (Shipman) Chambers in Burkburnett, Texas. She was united in marriage to William Weatherford on May 15, 1963 in Dallas. Lynn was a member of the First Baptist Church in Alvord.
She was preceded in death by her husband.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are her sons, Todd Weatherford of Euless and Jim Weatherford and wife Patricia of Anna; her daughter, Lori Glanzer of Dallas; 6 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; other family members and a host of friends.
