BRIDGEPORT -- Manuel Aranda, 41, a construction worker, died Sunday, July 29, 2007 in Decatur.
Mass of Christian Burial: 1 p.m. Wednesday, August 1, 2007 at St. John's Catholic Church, Bridgeport with Father Sojan George officiating. Burial: East Bridgeport Cemetery. Rosary: 7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers: Rogilio Aranda, Severo Aranda, Reynoldo Aranda, Miguel Aranda, Eliseo Rangel, Eduardo Lopez, Nicolas Perez, Miguel Valdez.
Manuel was born Sept. 8, 1965 in Purisima Coahuila, Mexico to Rosendo and Fabiana Montoya Aranda. He was preceded in death by his father. Manuel was a member of St. John's Catholic Church, Bridgeport.
Manuel is survived by: His mother: Fabiana Aranda His brothers and sisters: Patricia Rangel and husband Eliseo; Miguel Aranda; Maria Guadalupe Lopez and husband Eduardo; Fabiana Perez and husband Nicolas; Reynaldo Aranda and wife Margarita; Rogelio Aranda and wife Monica; Erlinda Huerta and husband Martin; Severo Aranda and wife Barbara; Antonia Valdez and husband Miguel all of Bridgeport. Uncle: Antonio Aranda of Del Rio Aunts: Angelina Aranda of Del Rio; Socorro Vella of Purisima; Amada Soto of Purisima; Donicia Villareal of Del Rio; Lacaro, Apolinda, Bacilio and Macario Montoya of Llano. Numerous God Children, nieces and nephews.
