Alvord ~ Marcus Anthony Silletti, 14, a student, went to be with our Lord Saturday, July 7, 2012 in Alvord.
Funeral is 2 p.m. Wednesday, July 11th at First Baptist Church in Alvord with burial in Alvord Cemetery. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Hawkins Funeral Home in Bridgeport.
Rev. Bill Cleveland will officiate and Ken Hering will assist. Pallbearers include Aaron Hand, Scott Martin, Richard Silletti, Geno Silletti, Tim Butler, and Ronnie Parker.
Marcus was born on March 11, 1998 to Anthony and Amy (Hand) Silletti in Fort Worth. He was a student at Alvord High School. Marcus played football and basketball, and he ran in track. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Alvord.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Leonard Eugene Silletti and great grandfather, Leroy Hand.
Those left behind to cherish his memory are his mother, Amy Hand Silletti of Chico; his father, Anthony Leonard Silletti of Alvord; his brother, Reece Avery Silletti of Chico; his grandparents, Connie Silletti of Bridgeport, Tim and Debbie Hand of Decatur; his great grandmother, Patsy Hand of Chico; other family members and a host of friends.
