Antonia was born to Thomas and Teresa (Martinez) Esparza on May 18, 1942 in Fort Stockton, Texas. She married her soul mate Silverio Montes Jr. on August 11, 1962 in McCamey, Texas. Antonio was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in McCamey, Texas.
She is preceded in death by her parents Thomas and Teresa Esparza; her brothers: Thomas, Amando, Santana, Juan and Frank, her sisters: Pilar, Angie and Rosa
Antonia is survived by her husband of 55 years; her Sons Wayne (Chabella) Esparza of McCamey, Joe Montes, Tommy (Kathy) Montes, Jimmy (Irene) Montes, Sammy (Jess) Montes, Angel Montes, Mark (Juanita) Montes all of Abilene; her daughters, Delores Montes of Garland, Patricia Montes of Abilene; special Niece Nancy Wells of Roanoke; 16 grandchildren, 33 great grandchildren, her sisters, Teresa Velasquez, Martina (Mingo) Cobarrubio and Manuela Velasquez of Odessa and Connie (Henry) Platas of Crane, her bonus sisters; Elida (Eliseo), Victorina (Rubio), Felice, Carmen (Arnulfo), Mary, Frances, Bessie (Eliseo), Alicia, Olga and a bonus brother Rudy; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins; and a host of friends.
