Bridgeport~ Marie Love, 93, went to be with our Lord on Thursday, September 1, 2022 in Decatur, Texas.

Graveside Service will be 2:30 p.m. Sunday, September 4, 2022 at East Bridgeport Cemetery in Bridgeport, Texas.

Marie was born on August 30, 1929 to Dewey and Viola (Moore) Forsyth in Park Springs, Texas. She was a homemaker who enjoyed taking care of her family and her home with great pride. Marie was united in marriage to Wilbert Coy Love on December 24th, 1946 in Alvord, Texas and together 57 years until his passing in 2003. Marie was a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and more who will be missed dearly by those that loved her.

She was preceded in death parents; her husband, Wilbert Love; and her two sisters, Virginia Dennis and Delois Coursey and son-in-law, Lynn Hartsell.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her daughters, Patricia Robbins of Decatur, Debby Hartsell of Bridgeport, and Cindy Norwood and partner Harmon Preston of Decatur; her grandchildren, Billy McElhaney, Jr., Blaine McElhaney, Cameron Caywood, Ty Hartsell, Brittany Riley and Masen Norwood; her great-grandchildren, Christian McElhaney, Nicholas McElhaney, Beau McElhaney, Brody McElhaney, Colton Teeter, Trinity McElhaney, Maddie Caywood, Sam Caywood, Logan Smiley, Maelyn Hartsell, Harrison Hartsell, Owen Hartsell, Gage Riley, and Reece Riley; numerous extended family members and friends.
