In Loving Memory of Two Remarkable Women. It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the tragic passing of two extraordinary women; our foundational matriarchs.

First, we remember Donna K Aldridge (Henson) a woman of immense strength and resilience. She was a beacon of light, radiating warmth and kindness to everyone she encountered. Her selflessness and unwavering devotion to her family were truly unparalleled. Donna was born July 19th, 1947 to William and Thelma Henson (Jackson) in Arkansas.

Donna was preceded in death by her parents, siblings Johnny, Jimmy, and Bobby, and Vaden; as well as her son Richard, and her grandson Brenyn.

She is survived by her siblings Jack and Synthia, Janet and David, and Jerry. Donna succumbed to her injuries on October 11th, 2023.

Next, we remember Marilyn “Mar” Jean Starke, a woman whose tough exterior was quickly shed and in its place was a compassion beyond measure. She had an innate ability to make everyone feel seen and heard; offering solace, comfort, and protection in times of need.

Marilyn was born April 19th, 1951 to Jack A Starke and Hyacinth D Starke (Brennon) in Illinois.

She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings.

She is survived by her many sister-in-laws, as well as many nieces and nephews.

Marilyn succumbed to her injuries October 5th, 2023.

Donna and Mar are both survived by their children and step-children: Michell, Dwayne, Chris and Misty, and Sherry and Jason. Grandchildren: Jami, Zach and Jackie, Kayla and June, Ashley and Anthony, Kathryn and Aaron, Kasyn, and Brenna; as well as their 8 great grandchildren. They shared many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Donna and Mar were life partners, best friends, and together they built a legacy of love and acceptance that will be remembered for generations to come. Their unwavering support and unconditional love were the foundation upon which their families thrived. Both Donna and Mar will be greatly missed by those that were privileged to know them.
