Marjorie Jo Stutt

Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, January 26, at Cornerstone Baptist Church in Decatur with burial in Paradise Cemetery. Reverends Chris Brown and Raymond Johns to officiate. Family will receive friends 6 to 8 PM Monday at Coker-Hawkins Funeral Home.

Pallbearers include Chris Stutt, Nathan Byers, Joey Pitts, Ben Decker, Bryce Stover, Fred Jones, Brett Bean, and Zack Carsten.

Marjorie was born January 16, 1935 in the Fairview Community to Tommie and Uleta Pearl Bennett Jackson. She married Joseph Elvin "PeeWee" Stutt on January 16, 1954 at Corinth Baptist Church in Bluett.

Left behind to cherish her memory are 2 daughters, Cindy Sheree Pitts and husband Charles Cee of Paradise, and Kimberly Ann Motsenbocker of Decatur; 2 sons, Ricky Lynn Stutt and wife Judith JoAnna of Decatur, and Byron Douglas Stutt of Decatur; 11 grandchildren, Chris Stutt, Jenny Smith, Melinda Stover, Fred Jones, Jessie Evans, Ben Decker, Nathan Byers, Joey Pitts, Jill Rivera, Kamilla Motsenbocker, and Logan Motsenbocker; 17 great-grandchildren; 2 brothers, Michael Wayne Jackson and Tony Lynn Jackson; numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 36 years Joseph "PeeWee" Stutt; a grand daughter, Natalie LaChelle Byers; sister, Judy Diane Skidmore; and brother Tommy Douglas Jackson.
