FORT WORTH -- Marshall E. Passmore, 76, a retired quality control inspector with Hobbs Trailers for 37 years, died Monday, October 24, 2005 in Decatur. Funeral: 11 A.M. Wednesday, October 26, 2005 at Faith Tabernacle Assembly of God Church on Hwy. 156. Burial: 2:30 P.M. Wednesday at Boyd Cemetery. Visitation: 6-8 P.M. Tuesday at Christian-Hawkins Funeral Home. He was preceded in death by his parents, his sister Clara Mae Smith, and his children's mother Verda. Survivors: wife of 41 years Ida Passmore of Fort Worth; daughter Shirley Thomason and husband Charles of Sunset; sons: Eddie Passmore and wife Karen of Azle, Charles Passmore and wife Vivian of Newark, Jackie Passmore and wife Lisa of Sulphur Springs: 16 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren; sisters: Vida Lee Ratliff of Blue Mound and Jewel Haynes of Vernon; brother Lonnie Passmore of Mangum, Oklahoma; numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of friends. Pallbearers will be David Shepard, Christopher Thomason, Raymond Smith, Bob Stanford, Don Justice, and Charles Thomason.
