Mary Alice (Isom) Dobyns

Paradise ~ Mary Alice DoByns, 70, went to be with our Lord December 28, 2021.

Funeral is 11:00 a.m. Friday, December 31, 2021 at Hawkins Funeral Home Chapel in Decatur. Family will receive friends 1 hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Mary was born July 24, 1951 to Kenneth Phil and Eleanor Patricia (McManus) Isom in Providence, Rhode Island. She was united in marriage June 15, 1979 to Troy Charles DoByns in Ft. Worth, Texas. Mary was a homemaker and loved being an Avon distributor as well as collecting vinyl LP records. Mary was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend to many who will miss her dearly.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Kenneth and Eleanor Isom, and her husband, Troy Charles DoByns.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her daughter, Mary Anne Stapleton of Paradise; her sons, Shandon Fullingim and wife Diane of Decatur, Kenny Pryor and wife Trina of Alvord, Dustin DoByns and wife Stacy of N. Richland Hills, and Brad Dobyns and wife Kayla of Richland Hills; her sister Vonda Taggart and husband Troy of Chico; her 8 grandchildren, Lexi Stapleton, James T. Stapleton, Vista Fullingim, Mahala Fullingim, Justin Pryor, Tracey Pryor, Halie Pryor, and Hunter Peppers; numerous extended family members and a host of friends.
