Decatur: Mary Francis Kilpatrick, 88, went to be with our Lord on Sunday, November 1, 2009.
Funeral service is Wednesday, November 4th at Coker-Hawkins Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Ken May and Ben Lisby officiating. Interment will follow service at Oaklawn Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers are Eric Caraway, Jace Caraway, Cason Caraway, Wesley Badger, Matt Badger, Curtis Badger, Ben Hodges and Cole Lisby.
Mary was born March 14, 1921 in Decatur, Texas to Marvin Lee and Emma Lee (Walker) McDaniel. She is preceded in death by her husband, Charles G. Kilpatrick on August 6, 1969 and two brother, J.E. and Speck McDaniel. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Decatur.
Left behind to cherish her memory are son, Rodney Lisby and wife, CeCe; daughter, Sandra Nobles and husband, Bob all of Decatur; seven grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; five great great grandchildren; sister-in-law, Joyce McDaniel; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and host of friends.
