BRIDGEPORT -- Mary Frances Elizabeth "Lulu" Smith, 46, went to be with our Lord on Tuesday, Dec. 1, 2009 in Granbury.
Graveside service: 2 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 8, 2009 at EastBridgeport Cemetery. Rev. Gary Sessions will officiate.
Mary was born on May 30, 1963, in Shreveport, Louisiana, the daughter of Dudley and Mary Ann (Davidson) Woodard. She was valedictorian of her graduating class at Fair Park High School. She married James Frank Smith, IV on October 5, 1993 in Caddo, Louisiana. Mary was self employed as Mary's Motor Escort Service.
Those left behind to cherish her memory include: her companion, Jimmy Wade McDaniel, Jr. of Bridgeport; her children: Johnathan Smith of Chico, Sally Smith of Irving, Jessie Smith of Bridgeport, Madison McDaniel of Bridgeport, and J.W McDaniel III of Bridgeport; grandson, Johnathan Smith, Jr.; the father of Johnathan, Sally, and Jessie: James Frank Smith IV; mother, Mary Ann Woodard of Shreveport, Louisiana; brother, Eli Woodard of Shreveport, Louisiana; sister, Cathy Bowling Dean and husband Dennis Scott of Tennessee.
