Mary Marie Taylor, 62, a retired baker, went to be with our Lord Friday, January 12, 2018 in Fort Worth.
Funeral is 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, January 16, 2018 at Hawkins Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Bethel Cemetery. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Monday at Hawkins Funeral Home in Decatur.
Van Gardner will officiate. Pallbearers include Tommy Throckmorton, Jake Moody, Larry Moody, Jeremy Davis, Bert Smith and Wesley Ruddick.
Mary was born on March 4, 1955 to A.J. and Mary Edith (Romines) Taylor in Decatur, Texas. She was a member of the Grace Baptist Church in Decatur. She loved taking care of all her grandchildren. Mary opened and welcomed her home to all children.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her son, Paul Fennell; and 3 brothers.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are her daughter Jennifer Gonzales and husband Juan of Decatur; her sons; Michael Fennell and wife Samantha of Decatur, Dustan Fennell and wife Cheyanne of Decatur, Steven Fennell of Decatur; her grandchildren, Dustie, Zachery, Rusty, Rustan, Whitney, Jessica, David, Andy, Matthew and Claire; her brothers, Alvin, Ray, Bill, Doug and Weldon Taylor; her sister, Martha Hatley; numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
